Alexander Moradi

Alexander Moradi serves as both Managing Partner and Founder of ICO Group of Companies. With over 20 years of experience and knowledge in real estate investments and development, Alexander has successfully built long-standing business relationships with governmental agencies, as well as corporate, retail, and industrial tenants that help maintain ICO’s 98% commercial property occupancy rate. Many in the community know him for both his professional and ad hoc involvement in helping rebuild economically challenged areas. Under Alexander's leadership, ICO has proven its continued success in developing urban and historic properties, growing the company's portfolio to over 4 million square feet of managed and developed property. Alexander proudly serves on the Boards of the Downtown LA Fashion BID and the LA Child Guidance Clinic, in addition to the Executive Committee of the Central City Association. He holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, where he majored in Real Estate Finance.


Serving as a Partner at ICO Group of Companies, Jian has been associated with the company since its inception in 1994. Jian established and developed ICO's relationship with the County of San Bernardino and continues to establish new relationships with government entities in the Inland Empire to meet ICO's goal of continuing to be a premier firm for governmental entities. In managing numerous retail projects held by various ICO entities, Jian additionally works to develop significant relationships in the retail real estate arena. Having begun the accumulation of raw land for retail development, Mr. Torkan's successful execution of shopping center and retail construction projects has resulted in a substantial inventory of fully-leased retail properties owned and managed by ICO. He received his Bachelor's degree in Economics/Business from UCLA in 1989 with College Honors. Thereafter, Jian attended Southwestern University School of Law and earned his Jurist Doctorate with high honors in 1992. 

Joseph Soleiman

As Director of Acquisitions at ICO Group of Companies, Joseph identifies, researches and underwrites ICO real estate investment and development opportunities. Joseph's role in negotiating purchase and sale terms, as well as performing due diligence on the target opportunity, allows him to effectively manage each (entire) acquisition project from beginning to the close of escrow. Joseph plays an integral role at ICO, as he cultivates, develops and maintains relationships with a high net worth individuals, private wealth managers, family offices and institutions
